On our first stop, we will embark on the White Water Rafting, in the town of Kitulgala. This town is bordering with one of the last virgin rainforests on the island, through which flows the Kelani River.
Continuing on our way, we will visit the Shri Bhakta Hanuman. Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman, one of the central characters of epic Ramayana. A short distance away is the Ramboda Ella, stunningly beautiful tiered waterfall over which water slopes in the letter Y shape.
Next, we will visit a Tea Factory, where on a guided tour you can learn about the history and process of production of some of the best tea in the world.
The cool temperate climate of Nuwara Eliya is appropriate for the cultivation of some fruits that are very unusual for tropical islands. So, we will visit Strawberry Farm where you can indulge in aroma of this wholesome fruit.

Our day will start early in the morning. Breakfast is provided in the form of a takeaway in the Horton Plains National Park.
The first thing in the morning, we will visit the Horton Plains National Park. This natural reserve is situated on the plain more than 2,000 meters above the sea level. It is a place of stunning natural beauty and one of the most popular hiking and trekking spots on the island.
Continuing on our way, we will visit two places related to the events of Ramayana. Seetha Aman Kovil is a Hindu temple dedicated to princess Sitha at the place of captivity of this goddess. Near it is a wooded area called Ashok Vatika, a place where Lord Hanuman presented her with proof of his identity, under an Ashoka tree.
Our next stop will be in Nanuoya, where we will embark on the Train Trip to Ella. This stretch of railway is known around the world as one of the most scenic train rides.
In the afternoon, we will visit the Nine Arches Bridge, one of the most picturesque bridges in the world. Gently curving, it spans over a 25 meters deep ravine, with a background of verdant green wooded hillside.

In the morning we will hike up Little Adam’s Peak. A very popular hiking spot, named after the famous pilgrimage destination, due to similar physical shape.
Continuing on our way, we will visit two more places related to Sitha’s captivity described in the Ramayana. The Ravana Ella is a stunningly beautiful waterfall under which, according to legend, bathed this Hindu goddess, while she was imprisoned in the Ravana Cave. This cave is also an important archeological site, where 25,000 years old evidence of human habitation were found.

Mirissa is one of the prime locations for Whale Watching. Every morning during the season, at 7 am from Mirissa Harbor disembark the tour boats. Taking the trip on one of them, we can enjoy the sights of blue whales, sperm whales, bottlenose dolphins, striped dolphins, and if we are lucky we can see orcas.
The waters off the Mirissa are rich with corals and other marine wildlife, which makes them a popular Snorkeling and Scuba Diving spots. But its beaches are a popular place for Leisure and languid relaxation during the day, while almost every night at a different place a Party lasting till the early morning hours take place.
